Hi, I transferred my number on Wednesday from virgin media. Yesterday
the my 02 app and website updated to the new number but neither the old
virgin media or new SIM card have signal. Tested in a different phone
too and still the same outcome.
I’ve had the same issue for the last week. Ported number on Wednesday
and still have no service. They said on Friday that it was being looked
into still no response since
Am I able to get some help, ive been 6 days without access since my
number was ported over through no service. I was told on Saturday it
would be looked into but still no luck and no response through support.
Very unacceptable
