OK... so found the solution!I swapped the SIM card from my (2018) Moto Z phone to my (2018) iPhone 8 plus and the voice prompts suddenly worked when I dialed 4444 !I was subsequently able to top-up using the O2 voucher code. Not sure why it didn't wo...

Thanks for the prompt reply. Yes - I found this guide and I dialed both 4444 and +441753 552 277 from my O2 phone with the same result (line is connected but then goes silent). I'm stumped.
