I ordered a new device last Sunday O2 took my upfront fee. Phone was supposed to come Monday Morning. Still no phone no communication from O2 I’ve had to keep chasing it up and not one person is helping me. I’ve tried to make a complaint several time...
I ordered a new Samsung flip device yesterday evening. Payed the required upfront fee, received all of the paper work last night. Stated it would be delivered today and I’ve not heard anything from o2 at all since yesterday no emails etc at all.
