Just followed the suggested link to ask O2 on Facebook, but it appears
this service is broken. I also tried to call them from my O2 number and
it basically said there is no support unless you have a fraud issue and
hung up on me. Must admit, not happ...
I have the same issue. I activated the Disney+ 1 month free, but the
description and details fir the 6 months Disney plus with a £2 discounts
states I am eligible on my 12 month pay monthly sim only contract.
