I signed up 5 days ago for a pay monthly sim using a pac code but my number still hasn't moved

I signed up for a new monthly contract and provided my EE pac code at the time of doing so on December the 2nd. It's not 5 days later and my number hasn't moved across. When will my new number be active so I can start to use the sim?
