O2 Support is an absolute rubbish systemI have tried to chat with
someone but a could not. I spent 30 minutes on the O2 site and this is
chaos. The chat with the rubbish Aura robot is really bad,
time-waster!!!! How can I speak with a human????????
Michael, by the EE support, asked me what is the e-gift card? But I had
this answer within 10 seconds from EE. I hope O2 knows what is the
e-gift card!
