Joined o2 SimoYesterday and I'm already on virgin for 2 years so why
have I not received my double data.It says I'm not eligible and don't
have virgin media but Clearly I have .
i ve got Virgin Broadband for the last 2years and ive signed up to O2
sim only why does it say im eligible for volt benefit ie double
data.broadband not in my area.
