I tried to contact o2 social media but they won’t help me as the o2
accounts me and my partner took out we put in her name as the virgin
media is in her name so they match and she doesn’t have a Twitter
account must have made at least 5 calls yesterd...
We have had virgin for over 10 years and recently signed up to o2 as the
virgin is in the mrs name we took out 2 o2 sim only deals and told we
would benefit from the volt add on but when ever we go into the o2 app
and click on supercharge my benefits...
