YouTube keeps pausing

Hi, I'm here with a Sony Xperia L4. Anytime I want to watch YouTube or listen to some music. The bloody thing pauses and it's so annoying and frustrating to a point where I'm going to smash it hahaha. Anyone know how to fix?
