Changed tariff 2wks ago active DD but 02 say I’m with a diff service provider

Frustrating the hell out of me. I’ve logged in my 02. Says I have account. I’ve rang up. They’ve said I have no account. Yet 02 are taking the direct debit and my phone still works. But cannot get emails and stuff anymore
