Been trying to pay off my device plans in full for 3 days now and unable
to speak with anyone, kept on hold for 90 mins plus, and there is no
such thing as chat support. Very clear decision to want to leave this
mickey mouse outfit.
My Data went 2 weeks ago now while in the Lakes. After finding out there
they were 'trying to upgrade' the area and was an outage I had to cut my
vacation short and head back over to Northumberland where we live as I
require constant email access for...
Thanks, however I do not use these any of these social media platforms.
Surely the idea is that you would go directly to the company website to
be serviced and not expected to go via third party platforms. I
appreciate your input.
