O2, I have had no signal for days. Your tracker tells me a mast is down
in my area (DY3 area). Please can you let me know when this will be
resolved as it seems to be taking a very long time. Do you have people
working on the issue?
That’s disappointing. It’s been at least 3 working days so far. I will
keep reporting how long we have to wait. It would be good to know
someone has begun the repairs needed.
