My bill did not reduce after 24 months

Hi there. I had a 24 month contract which ended in Dec 2020 but my invoice value did not reduce. In fact it went up. How do I request a refund please? Thank you.

Thank you @Cleoriff - I just spoke to customer service and they have agreed to process the refund. Javica was very helpful.
