I got a text through from CS asking me how my experience was with them
and I rated negatively, waiting for a call back to discuss this
experience. Still no text, noting I didn't even get an e-mail confirming
my upgrade had been processed yet money ha...
Preordered right after the event - got a text on the same day saying
"sorry it's taking longer than we hoped to send your order" and nothing
after that. Live chat seem to think I want to change my billing address
(?) every time I go on.
