I don't know if anyone can help me, I've been trying to cancel the auto
top up on my old phone and despite going onto chat and talking to
someone, I'm yet to have any luck. Any advice guys and gals? thank you

Thanks for that, my main problem is I can't seem to edit my details
already on the system and I don't really want to get charged again, do I
set it up as if I were to do a new direct debit and cancel it that way?
