I took out a new contract and phone and had to pay a £500 deposit which
was refundable after 3 months, this is now due how do I get the money
refunded??
They have credited my account with amount but I would rather have the
money in my pocket rather than be in credit with them. O2 seem rather
reluctant to part with it.
