Can anybody do an in depth check on the Chester area? The speeds are
absolutely dire and as a new payg customer it's being limited at 2mbps.

Would that result in them giving me a max speed of 2mbps? Nothing more
nothing less, which indicates some form of traffic shaping?Its across o2
and giffgaff so definitely a network coverage issue/control.
