Hi all I’m travelling to Spain tomorrow it says in my account O2 travel can any one let me know what data I will be able to use without been charged

I’m looking to upgrade to the iPhone 11 from the iPhone 7 can anyone advise on this phone please also does it come with a charger as I have heard a few people say it dosnt
