I've tried seven times to move my old number onto my new phone, gave the
PAC number and I get an email saying I've failed a security check. Can I
actually phone a real person for help?
I am an O2 customer and this week got a second phone for the wife, I'm
trying to move the old number from her giffgaff sim to her new O2 sim To
be honest I'm pulling my hair out.
