Why are upgrade options so poor through the o2 app? One particular deal
is 25 with various others, but 40 thru o2!!! This was billed as the best
value deal also!

Not really answering the question tbh. If you add commission on it
should be more expensive, not cheaper. You dress up dreadful deals as
good ones, and hope non savy consumers will sign up. For example this
deal was billed a best value. Was 1gb data ...
