Hi, I contacted O2 by telephone in November to cancel my contract and
was told all fine and account was closed so I cancelled the DD, now they
are contacting me saying I owe them for the month of Jan and a
cancellation fee?
I spent half an hour on the phone with an adviser sorting this out and
canceling a phone that hadnt been used for a year! and he confirmed all
was done and contract was cancelled and to pay the December bill.
Extremely poor service and correspondance...
