How can I unlock my mobile phone?

Hi, how can I unlock my mobile phone and use a different sim card in my Samsung S7 purchased from 02? I have tried to enter the Sim Network PUK code but it doesn't work. Is a Lebara card. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
