I am trying to contact customer support to talk about issues in EU roaming, in contact us section there is a chat option which always returns crap like "all of our members are busy now" I can't find any phone number I could call.

So they care only if you complain on their social media, WTF is this? I don't have FB, Twitter or Instagram, does this mean I can't get any support from O2?

So apparently chat with live person is no longer an option in O2. I've tried during the normal UK working hours and there is no chat available. The only option is that useless Aura.

I don't have FB or Twitter, I'd like to renew my contract by chat ideally if it is not possible and I will have to go to the local store then I can go to Vodafone for instance as it is closer. I'll try again tomorrow during the day, thanks!
