Good evening we recently updated to the latest software, the phone is
now useless as its stuck on the apple logo, I have visited the apple
store but to no avail its still the same, all help appreciated
Trying to port in from vodafone with not much joy, have done the online
form with no joy, have tried to speak with o2 over twitter messaging,
not much joy there either, any suggestions?
