I have poor signal on my Samsung a20e.For the last few days I have had a
H letter where my 4G usually sits.I have reset my network setings
twice.I have followed trouble shooting guides. I now have one bar signal
and still says H. I also have no data ...
I logged the issue with the website.They sent me a text to say they have
picked up on a fault in my area even though they have claimed to fix a
mast 3 days ago.They have since told me that the fault has been fixed
but my data is running at the slowes...
I have done all this.The frustrating part of it is that there is no way
to actually speak to anyone at o2 about this.Website yesterday said
there was a mast down near me. Now the website says it's fixed. So why
has my signal dipped to a non-existent ...
