I have recently taken delivery of a Galxay Tab S7 FE 5G. I was promised a free keyboard/cover as part of the acquisition. This has not arrived. How do I ensure that it is delivererd as promised?

When I log in to My O2, it lists the wrong contact number. When I try to change it, the system sais that this is not porrible because the number is allready registered to a user. I am the user, and it is the registered number that I am trying to chan...
