Is it normal for 3G and 4g to be a lot slower when browsing the web
compared to WiFi? Sometimes it struggles to load web pages. Is this to
do with how many people are using it in an area at the same time?
Hi, does anyone know how long it takes for an upgrade to be cancelled
(if done within 14 days of ordering) and to be reverted to your old
tariff? I was told I’d receive a confirmation by email but nothing has
come through yet.
Has anyone actually got their amazon voucher after referring a friend? I
haven't got anything 3 months after receiving an automated email,
claiming I'll receive the vouchers after 60 days. The customer service
helpdesk has no idea about this offer.
Im aware that the iphone 5 currently doesnt work with O2's 4g network
but will it remain this way forever? Im assuming the only way it will
ever work is if O2 ever obtain a 4g frequency which the iphone 5 is
compatible on.
