I’ve had a letter saying that I’ve to repay all early repayments and that the intention is to cancel the credit agreement. I’ve looked on both my accounts and both bills say paid so is this still going to go ahead?

I’ve just paid my phone bill and I’ve turned my phone on and off 5 times since paying it and my services are still not working. Can someone tell me why this is?
