I have hjust joined O2 but I do not want to change my number, so I contacted customer service 2 days ago. they said they would carry that number over in 24hrs, but this has not been updated and it has been over 48hrs. I will not be changing my curren...
My SIM card has not arrived and it has been 12 days. No call lines are open and this website is very confusing, so I don't know who or where to contact. How do I cancel this SIM without getting charged? What should I do?
