PAC CODE FOR MULTIPLE DEVICES ON ACCT?

Help ! Have decided to leave O2 but am unable to get a PAC Code by text as I have 2 devices on the account. The text points me at 202 that I can’t phone at the mo due to COVID any other ideas?!
