Hi all. my account says i'am able to upgrade to a device in 25 days. i'am currently on a sim only contract and have been on it for nearly 6 months.will i be able to choose any phone of my liking?

Hi, I have had a email off 02 saying i can upgrade from my 12month sim only contract to a phone device and they will pay the remaining of my contract early. when i go to my 02 to upgrade it doesn't have this offer there only 'sim only plans' any help...
