Upgraded my phone and as a reward was given 6 months amazon prime but I don't know where or how to redeem it. Any help appreciated

Had a message saying unable to process payment but on myo2 says its paid and its gone out of my bankCant get on to live chat to speak to an agent.Any advice would be appreciated
