Can anyone confirm when the handset balance reduces on the O2 refresh
tarif. I would expect it to reduce between the billing and payment - but
mine hasn't changed in weeks and im in a new billing period. G
I want to upgrade my phone, but there is an outstanding balance (handset
cost) on my current O2 Refresh Contract? Question - How is the remainder
paid for? Is is debit card when you upgrade or Direct Debit with next
bill? G

16th - 7+ MB 128gb) but this week got an email about my order - spoke to
CS and they told me it would be delivered on thursday - Today is Friday
and nothing - Spoke to O2 again a...
You can get it on mobile. Goto the my O2 page on mobile and the. At the
bottom click the share icon and then request desktop site and then you
will see it.
They did that to me last year, they even claimed they took a picture - I
complained to O2 about it and charged them a days wages for it as they
claim it back through UKMail
