Aqua are sending OTP passcodes to my phone. This was working but more recently I’m not receiving them. Aqua confirmed the passcodes are coming through their end and so asked me to contact o2. I can’t log into my account without this.
I have been unable to receive the OTP code from aqua and I have checked they have the right number for me? I used to get them fine but all of a sudden I don’t.
