For a month or two now, the website and the app just show an error
(“oops, something went wrong - try again later”) instead of the usage
information (and the tariff information). I need to know how much credit
I have left.
Thanks for the quick response. Reinstalling had no effect. It’s been a
problem on the website for a couple of months, I’ve only just installed
the app.The SIM is in a dongle, not a phone, so I can’t call up to get
my balance.
