Maybe just a coincidence that I did this at the same time as a network
fault? I've tried switching off and on but no joy. Interestingly the
other O2 phones in my household are working fine. I'll try again later.
I upgraded my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 11 Pro on Refresh this week. Moved
the SIM from the old phone to the new phone and I cannot make or receive
