I recently ordered an update, the money was taken out of my account (£300), never received a confirmation or the phone (as you can probably tell) and when I called the consumer service they hunged up on me. What should I do?
I ordered a new phone yesterday, I received my contract but no confirmation or anything like that, they have already taken money out of my account. What should I do?Thank you
