I have been having an issue with my new mobile and have eventually
spoken today to an o2 upgrade member of staff. I need a o2 guru to
contact me asap regarding the issue as it needs to be repaired asap
I know that the phone is faulty and needs a repair i only got it at
start of march they have emailed to say they r sending me the returns
packaging but i still need to speak to someone ie a guru on here
