Hi, I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 & it was due to be delivered
the next day & it is now Thursday & I have yet to receive any updates or
confirmation on when I can expect my delivery from DPD. Any help would
be appreciated.
I think the problem stems from DPD emailing me to say that there is a
delay & when I come into contact they insist I must contact O2 to raise
an investigation but I can’t get through to anyone.
