debit and I 24h will be done, its 3 days already and direct debit hasn't
show up on my bank account. Should I call them again?
Hi, I did change my plan for a sim only monthly payment, is it o2 taking
the payments as a direct debit or I have to pay on my own? I did delete
the last direct debit with then but nothing new cames that's why I'm

Thank you. On o2 app it's says its done, but still showing upgrade
today, that's confusing me a bit tbh. And if on my o2 app showing this
on my bank account it's still old payments, where I can find out more if
shops are close?
