my services have been stopped due to an outstanding bill and all calls diverted, i am trying to call the payment team but cant due to this, there used to be a live chat that you can request to be reconnected to call but doesnt seem to exist now
Struggling with payments but cant get through, when I call payment management team, any option i choose tells me to go on my 02 or online but cany discuss payments there..
