My phone a Samsung Galaxy A10 will not allow me to call or text my
friends abroad. I have only had the phone a few months and it is a
nightmare. I also can't get mobile data which is why I bought it. Help

Hi Having had an answer to my previous query concerning texting/call
abroad from the UK and the answer was I haven't got the required package
