I have just purchased a new phone which said it came with six months free subscription to Disney +. When I registered with the channel it said 7 days free then 5.99/month.Is this a known problem and how do I get it resolved?

Thanks both. I tried this earlier and get message saying that the extra had already been redeemed and couldn't be used again.
