Received SIM but can't associate it with My O2 profile or top up

HiI recently received my pay as you go sim - it works fine in my unlocked iphone but I can't seem to associate it with my O2 profile in order to top it up. Any ideas...? Thanks

Thanks! I managed to add credit.I still can't associate the SIM with my account profile, but I supposed that's not urgent. Thanks.
