By mistake o2 put £50 onto my bill, luckily I checked on the 2nd and
paid it off in full and am not waiting for a refund for the money.
Because my account went overdue “by 1 day” will I have a default on my
record ?
Would also like to add I’ve been with o2 for 10 years and never rang up
in my life, rang up to pay my contract off and I’ve not left the phone
since with 7 different mistakes made. Never had any issues in 10Years
and never rang up once, that’s saying...
Still waiting for a message, I’ve had 19 hours worth of phone calls and
