Is there any way of paying off my contract while in lockdown? I
appreciate this is not the exactly the most crucial thing to do atm when
peoples lives are at stake, but can't find a way either over the phone
or online or via the app
Thanks Cleoriff, however, I don't want to actually leave O2, but upgrade
my phone with another supplier (at a much cheaper monthly tariff). To do
this being on O2 refresh, I want to pay my balance off, but can't find a
way of doing this online
