Hi all. I lost my phone yesterday and cannot get through to customer servie to order a new SIM and phone.Any ideas

I afraid they don't. I 've been hung upon 4 occasions and nnever actuallly spoken to someone. They do know that I have lost it becasue I selected that before they humg up saying they were too busy. This has gone on for nearly 24 hours
