I applied for a contract last night and understand the world is manic atm however it was declining my card several time’s and yet took my money anyway? I’ve had no email from o2 too even say it’s being processed or anything what’s going on?

Is there anyway I can’t talk to an agent I’ve tried ring customer service and. No one is answering
