My o2 is listing my old device, how can I update this?The IMEI is therefore incorrect and I assume the puk code might be too.I never get my handsets from o2 anyway they are always direct from Samsung.My previous model is in use on another network now...
Why is this not apparantly allowed to work? I see zero difference if you are abroad calling on wifi to being in the UK. The cynic in me thinks its to generate extra income for O2 on travel bolt ons etc Surely from a customers point of view being anyw...
Have o2 stopped standard network video calling like they used to support?
