number not ported over

I was told that my number would be ported over to my o2 phone by 6pm today but this has not happened. Cant get through on 202 and live chat is busy. Does this now mean it wont happen until at least monday?

Giving o2 a pac code

I want to give o2 a pac code to move my number over from my old provider but can’t get through on 202 is there any other way of doing this?
